How long does it take to receive an order ?
Normally we need about 2 weeks to prepare the goods & then it takes about 4-7 days on the way from Jaipur (India) to your city if we ship by UPS/Fedex.

What payment methods do you accept?
On finalization of order you have to send 25% of the total amount in advance. On completion of order we will send Proforma Invoice & you have to pay Balance Amount. We will ship the goods as soon as we get full payment. These terms are negotiable with frequent dealings.
What is your return policy?
In case you are not satisfied with the goods then please inform us within one work week from receipt of goods. After your information we can arrange the return & can arrange replacements.
Do you sell your products in wholesale?
Yes, we are happy to sell our product at wholesale prices. Yes, it can be done. For this you have to send the sketch of design. Our production team will check it & If it is possible we will inform you with price.
